• PLATINUM PRIME STORE ships worldwide to most countries.(NOT SHIPPING)
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

6. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

• If a package is returned due to failure to collect or incorrect address, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
